•Showcasing local & internationals viewpoints on this highly topical issue and providing ways in which Myanmar can learn from the experience and policies of more developed countries

• Establishing the most effective ways for working on a local level to deliver value in terms of capacity, education and skills to the region

•Discussing Myanmar’s ambitions and strategies and comparing the initiatives to other countries such as: Singapore, Malaysia, Angola, Vietnam & Papua New Guinea

•Evaluating the structuring of domestic and cross-border gas pipeline projects and assessing the inter-governmental issues that arise through cross-border projects

•Assessing pipeline construction contracts, network codes and potential inter-connection/ system entry agreements and issues
